"The planet does not need more successful people. The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of all kinds." — Dalai Lama.
Today, I want to introduce you to Danielle Kort, a bohemian soul—a retreat facilitator, creator, and guide who helps people reconnect with their most authentic selves (daniellekort.com).
Danielle has a rare gift for transforming lives. She offers tools and experiences that inspire profound growth and healing. Through her unique approach, she doesn’t just help people achieve their goals—she helps them uncover who they are beneath the surface, giving them the confidence and clarity to live more authentic and fulfilling lives. Her work goes beyond traditional coaching; it’s about breaking free from limiting beliefs, reconnecting with purpose, and embracing the beauty of change.
Whether through her transformative retreats or the creative projects she brings to life, Danielle leaves a lasting impact on everyone she works with.
I met Danielle through my SCORE mentor, Jon Stuart. What started as a simple introduction became an insightful conversation that made me pause and reflect. We come from very different beginnings—she grew up in a small town in Nebraska, while I started life on another continent—but we share a love for creativity, travel, and a life shaped by imagination. Sitting down with Danielle felt like learning from a kindred spirit who approaches life with openness, courage, and an unwavering dedication to growth.
Danielle’s journey began with a childhood dream of becoming a fashion designer. This dream led her to New York City, where she worked with brands like Calvin Klein for six years. While the fashion world gave her the creative outlet she craved, it also came with constraints—ethical dilemmas, sustainability concerns, and a lack of more profound purpose. This realization sparked a transformation as she began exploring personal growth, training as a life coach, and eventually discovering retreats as a tool for self-awareness and healing.
Her work focuses on helping others access their transformative power. From launching movements like “Women Breaking Plates,” where women symbolically smash their limiting beliefs, to hosting retreats in Bali and California, Danielle creates spaces where people can explore their inner worlds and rewrite their stories.
Danielle’s recently published book, Wild Spirit Fire: Freedom from Fear and Separation, is another extension of this mission. It channels wisdom to guide readers on their path to self-discovery.
Danielle is also excited to announce her Wild Spirit Fire Bali Bliss Retreat, a multi-sensory journey designed to help participants connect with their higher selves and discover their soul’s truth and mission. The retreat will take place April 24–30, 2025, in Ubud, Bali. It will guide attendees through a carefully designed sequence of transformative events inspired by her book. In addition to retreats, Danielle offers 1:1 spiritual coaching and counseling services, both in person and online, to those seeking more profound clarity and personal growth.
